Emergency & Ambulance

Immediate medical response around the clock, every day, backed by two equipped ambulances.

The emergency department is the cornerstone of urgent healthcare in our facility. It operates around the clock, every day of the week, to provide an immediate medical response to patients facing medical emergencies or serious injuries.

We are committed to the highest levels of quality in emergency medicine through a qualified, specialised medical and nursing team trained to handle health crises efficiently and quickly. The department follows the international triage system to prioritise cases by severity and need for immediate intervention, so every patient receives appropriate care at the right time.

Our readiness is supported by two ambulances equipped with the latest medical technology, ensuring safe and effective patient transfer when needed, whether to and from the facility or in external emergencies.

Emergency care
The department provides rapid diagnosis and treatment for urgent cases and does not offer inpatient admission (hospital stay). Patients whose condition requires admission are referred to other specialised departments and clinics once their condition is stable. Our rooms are equipped with the latest technology and equipment for rapid diagnosis and treatment, making us a reliable medical safety net for our community when it is needed most.
